KlaudeLMS (klaudelms.com) is a free exam-preparation platform operated by Avalon Web Services LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a small learning platform, we don't sell or share your data for advertising, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Account data. Your name, email address, and a hashed password (we never store the password itself). Email confirmation and account approval timestamps.
Learning activity. Quiz attempts, answers, scores, time spent per question, bookmarks, and question issue reports — this is what powers your readiness analytics.
Security logs. For account-security events (sign-ins, failed sign-ins, password changes, approvals) we record the event time, your IP address, and an approximate location (city/region/country, derived from the IP at our hosting provider's edge). We use this to detect abuse, brute-force attempts, and account takeovers.
Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email, and message so we can reply.
No advertising, no selling or renting personal data, no tracking you across other websites, no marketing emails without asking. Emails we send are transactional: confirmation links, password resets, account status, and replies to your messages — all from klaudelms@gmail.com.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — that's it. The cookie banner lets you manage preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile (our CAPTCHA) may set its own cookie strictly for bot detection on forms.
Your data is processed by the infrastructure we run on: Vercel (hosting and edge network), Neon (database), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms), and Google Gmail (sending transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, email klaudelms@gmail.com from your registered address or use the contact form. We process deletion requests within a few days. Security logs may be retained for a limited period where needed to investigate abuse.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — same contact routes as above. You can change your name and password anytime from your profile page.
